Most of the teenagers in the whole world are usually angry and they can't handle that. Some of them have lots of problems at home, or they might be a lot stressed, because the teachers give them a lot of homework every day and the results are destructive some times. But, there are some techniques to follow, in order not to be so angry, like "not to worry about little things", "not to care about what the other people say about you", or "tell your problems to someone that you can trust". Well, my suggestion is to relax and and not to worry about anything!!!

Teenagers in all the world have problems and for the most of them are angry. The main problem is the school. They don't want to do lessons because they are stressed.Actually they want to be independent.Well, students don't like to do lessons or their homework. That is one reason because they feel angry.the second reason is their relasionship with their parents.Teenagers want a lot of things like:a new computer or a mobile phone.Parents don't allow them. They want good degrees in their grades. But there is on way to don't feel angry. You have to be comfortable, consistent and patient. And of course your wishes to get a computer or sth else will come true.

That's a very reasonable suggestion, Elpida!
Instead of worrying a lot, teens can learn to balance their worries
if they ask their friends for a helping hand!!!

Of course Chris, dealing with feelings is a challenge for teens in the whole world! Their wish to be independent sometimes creates problems with their relationship with their parents. However, you're right that doing their best at school and getting good grades in their subjects is a good way to prove themselves!

A lot of teenagers today have problems controlling their emotions. The most common emotion they can't control is their anger. There are a lot of reasons why teens have anger problems like heavy programm, bullying or problems with their parents. There are lot's of ways to controls emotions. In my opinion self-awareness.That self awareness is the ability to notice what you are feeling, thinking and why.So my advice is try to improve your self awareness.
